Ligia Flores is a professional in Costa Rica's Maritime Zone concession processing and other tourism consulting. Her career in Maritime Zone concessions extends over sixteen years and she has been responsible for a majority of the Maritime Zone concession approvals throughout the country.

Over her career, Ms. Flores has developed professional consulting relationships in all municipal and government agencies that are requisites for obtaining concessions and development permits. Her reputation for correctly and expediently acquiring concession approvals in the Maritime Zone is well known and respected by professionals and government officials throughout the country.

Her staff of over 20 full time specialists assist in the many detailed steps necessary to successfully acquire approvals in the Maritime Zone.

Project Directors: CTA has grown to over 20 professionals whose experience in Tourism, Business Administration, Engineering and Law are in charge of projects for our clients.  

Operations Management: In addition to the other personnel, CTA employs experienced professionals in Business Administration and Computer Operations who facilitate the internal functions of the Company utilizing updated information technologies.

Administrative and Financial Directors: CTA has professionals in Business Administration and Accounting that maintain all accounting and financials. These individuals manage the daily financial management of the Company and expenses on behalf of the client projects.

Customer Service: This department is comprised of professionals in Marketing and Customer Management whose responsibility is to assure communication and reporting to the clients.
